A guide to your choices
Safety & Support
Participation is optional. Here is where the existing block, report, and help controls are, and what each one covers.
A personal invitation
Decide before you take part
If you are not signed in, choose the personal invitation's consent step to create an account; it returns you to that invitation. If you already have an account, sign in and reopen the invitation. Its consent screen includes Block this person and Report this invite controls, so you can use them without opting in. You can also decline; you do not have to submit a reflection.
A report about a personal invitation does not reveal your identity to the person who invited you. This guide does not collect reports.
Connected reflections
Keep your boundaries
On a personal invitation, you can block its sender or report the invite before choosing whether to participate. On a reciprocal reflection, you can block or report the connected participant. Declining an invitation sends no rating, and you can leave the signed-in experience at any time using “Leave the mirror.”
Both private in-app pages require sign-in. The in-app guide covers participation, privacy, and the choices available to you.
